Our mobile applications are built natively in Rust with the Dioxus framework. If you experience an issue, have a question, or need to request changes to your account or your data, please use one of the channels below.

We aim to respond to support requests within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States and México. For account-deletion or data-removal requests required by law, we comply within the timeframes set by the applicable regulation (typically 30 days) — that timeframe is a legal obligation, not a target.
Email privacy@jjir.org from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion". We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with applicable privacy law (CCPA / CPRA and the Mexican LFPDPPP). This is the same address designated in our Privacy Policy for data-subject rights.
For non-security bugs, email support@jjir.org with steps to reproduce. For a suspected security vulnerability, email security@jjir.org instead — we treat those as priority and aim to respond within one business day. Please do not disclose a vulnerability publicly before we have had a chance to respond.
Email support@jjir.org with your order or invoice number. Refund eligibility follows the terms of the original engagement contract or the app store's published policy, whichever applies.
