This is the official support page for JJ Innovative Results, LLC and any application we publish under the JJIR brand on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the web. Our mobile applications are built natively in Rust with the Dioxus framework. If you experience an issue, have a question, or need to request changes to your account or your data, please use one of the channels below.

Response time

We respond to support requests within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. For account-deletion or data-removal requests required by law, we comply within the timeframes set by the applicable regulation (typically 30 days).

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account or my data?

Send an email to support@jjir.org from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion". We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with applicable privacy law (CCPA / CPRA, LFPDPPP, GDPR-equivalent).

How do I report a bug or security issue?

For non-security bugs, email support@jjir.org with steps to reproduce. For suspected security vulnerabilities, please email support@jjir.org with the subject line "Security report" — we treat these as priority and respond within one business day.

How do I request a refund or billing change?

Email support@jjir.org with your order or invoice number. Refund eligibility follows the terms of the original engagement contract or the app store's published policy, whichever applies.

In what languages is support available?

English and Spanish. Replies use the language of your original message.
